Another day in paradise. This morning we built dams and sand castles on the beach.
For lunch, I dragged the picnic table down near the dock, so we could all enjoy some food by the beach. Mary made sloppy joes for the kids. They loved it.
Charlie was all smiles.
Could it be because he knew Grandpa had brought donuts from the local bakery for dessert?
After lunch I set up a chair under a tree and read while the kids played some more on the beach.
On our way back to the cabin we found a caterpillar.

The kids all gathered around in our cabin, when they heard that we were going to put on a DVD. Somehow this was the first television since we got here.

We decided to go for a little walk down to the pier tonight before bedtime.
Robby had his bucket with him so Mr. Caterpillar could come for the adventure.
