Tooth Decay

When Robby's first dentist told us he saw a cavity in Robby's x-ray, Mary and I could not believe it. We take turns brushing his teeth each evening and have never noticed any tooth decay. Plus when we looked at the x-ray we could not see the "grey spot" he was talking about. We were both suspiscious that he was trying to milk us for money. So, we went to Dr. Yankowskas for a second opinion. Yankowskas reassured us Robby was okay, but it turned out the first dentist was right. Several months later, Robby's tooth cracked in half from the tooth decay. The mistake caused Robby several nights of pain, and ultimately resulted in him having his tooth pulled this morning. As bad as my teeth were when I was growing up, I never had to have a tooth pulled. He was given this little treasure chest to put the tooth in, so he could stick it under his pillow for the tooth fairy. When I got my wisdom teeth pulled out last year, I was miserable for weeks. In addition I could hardly eat anything without extreme pain. Look at Robby. The day he gets a tooth pulled, he is eating and he is all smiles. Amazing.
