Tonight I searched online for Monoject 412s. I think if you told me 10 years ago that the Monoject 412 would be something I would be using every day for the rest of my life, I would have cried. But, it isn't so bad. I need to use this thing each night to irrigate my mouth where my wisdom teeth used to be. It is that or start getting massive cavities and infections in my rear molars.
