WFS Diet
July 21st marks day one of the Wii Fit Salad diet.
For the next 30 days I will eat a salad for lunch or dinner each day and use Wii Fit for at least 30 minutes each night. I will monitor my weigh-ins each night. I weighed in at 208 last night before the diet started.
Tonight I used Wii Fit for 1 hour and ate a terriyaki chicken salad for lunch. My BMI started off as overweight. My goal is to get into the normal range within 2 months on the WFS diet.
