After years of hard work Joe Floss has invented "The Process." Soon after unveiling his breakthrough to the senior staff at his company, he begins to feel slighted. His company is slow in rewarding him for his hard work, the company then brings in lawyers in fear that Joe may reveal the process to others. Feeling slighted by the company Joe decides to consult in a new found friend for advice. Soon Joe's life is turned upside down as parties from all sides move in to try and capture "The Process."
