This morning the kids gave me extra hugs.
That is my favorite part of Father's Day.


Then I sat on the couch while they showed me cool things they made for me for my sepcial day. Then we snuggled some more.

After I took this picture I went and mowed the lawn in extreme heat... I weighed myself afterwards - 177 lbs
