Today Mary and I drove up to Ogunquit with Robby and Ben. Nana, Bob and Lori drove up earlier in the day. I love Ogunquit. I hope it never changes. Every time I go there, I feel like I am going back in time. Life moves slow, people relax. It is just nice.
When we arrived at The Juniper Hill Inn we were delighted to find out my mom somehow got three adjacent rooms for us all. Robby was thrilled to find out they had three pools - two outdoor and one in. The two of us quickly headed for the outdoor pool, then moved indoors when we found out how cold the water was in the outdoor pool.
Robby had such a fun time swimming. He was a bit scared though (it's been several months since he has been in a pool.) He clutched to me most of the time we were in the pool. It was cute.
After swimming, we got to ride the Ogunquit Trolley. We sat in the back row on our ride to the The Oarweed Restaurant. Yummy! Robby kept looking back while we were on the trolley saying "turtle, turtle." There was another trolley following us. I would correct him and say, "trolley, trolley." It was a new word for him.
